Pilates has been around for nearly 100 years; devised originally by Joseph Pilates and used by acrobats and dancers!

Pilates develops body awareness, improves and changes the body's postural and alignment habits and increases flexibility and ease of movement

The core fundamentals of Pilates are based upon a thorough understanding of the anatomy of the human body. Pilates Instructors endeavour to restore a greater sense of balance in all its students.  

The holistic approach of Pilates distinguishes it from many other forms of exercise. Many Medical Experts recommend Pilates.
